Are you transitioning from a job or school, uni and feeling a bit unsure about which direction is right for you? You have lots of ideas and not sure what suits. Or tried a few and things don't seem to be working how you thought, so you might be feeling a bit stuck and lost. Perhaps instead you might be feeling slightly overwhelmed after a relationship break up and wondering what happened. Maybe things are getting on top of you and trying to calm your emotions or manage life and all its challenges and its not easy, getting more and more frustrated or down as things go on. How would it feel to just get a bit of clarity, feel supported to make those decisions and not have to do it all alone. This session will give you the opportunity to go within and really tap into your uniqueness, you gifts and talents to understand what suits who you are. We look at what emotions are effecting you and how to manage them. You will walk away feeling more confident and empowered in yourself with clarity for the next steps
