Explore the Fathom of the Depths exhibition and the depths of you
Art in its basic meaning is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination..... If you can imagine it, then it can be created. All that's missing is learning the skills to do that..... sometimes its a natural talent, and sometimes it demands concentration!!
How do you gain concentration and focus, by calming the mind, by exploring the self, by pausing amid the noise, a time out. However life gets busy and we forget to stop, we tell ourselves we'll relax tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. When the body doesn't relax the nervous system ends up overwhelmed and then burns out. Believe me, I've been there, done that.
What if instead you could learn some tools that could be used everyday anywhere, anytime in short intervals through the day, to just slow down. Stop the stress, emotions, let the nervous system and body have a break. whilst at the same time using the medium of photography, colours, art and having fun. So instead of keeping going on coffee you can keep going on good vibes, boost your energy, motivation and self.
We have come up with an exceptional and amazing experience to help you do that and refind balance in your life, let the emotions out and just breathe and get present to yourself. Connect to other likeminded individuals. The Abrolhos islands and are a magnificent wealth of nature that we don't always get the chance to see. So ......... has photographed the depths to bring it to us. Lets explore it in more detail with more presence.

Chantal is a registered mental health nurse, counsellor and Mental Health Academic, many years in the clinical practice helping people deal with the challenges of living in this modern
world. Becoming a qualified Yoga teacher she sees the correlation between nurturing the body and soul in Yoga and mental
health therapy
and now brings that practice to her business through workshops, training and private sessions. Founder of the Geraldton Yoga Club she brings calm and quality to her practice.

Practicing Mindfulness since 2007 she started to help her find more self belief and rid the constant repetitive negative thoughts after a relationship break
down. Having travelled extensively running retreats, as a tour guide and creating experiences she recognises the benefits of this everyday tool to take anywhere & stay cool calm & collected!!!. She now uses it in her work as a lifecoach to create a confident mindset to succeed in bringing your dreams to reality.
