The usual things is to go exercise, go for a run, to switch off the mind, but the body doesn't get the chance to relax.Most people think going for a run or exercise will help but it never allows the body to stop. It took losing a relationship, a business, feeling emotionally exhausted and more before I stopped to slow down and truly find what I loved to make change. Often in this world we try to do more when things don't seem to be working, yet it's in slowing down we are able to access and hear the solutions from within. It's hard to slow down when there is so much to do, but slowing down could be your biggest success!! Have you ever noticed that when you feel good anything is possible.
The issue is how to slow down, without truly slowing down, make time for your passions, maybe create a business from them, have time for your relationships and time for you when you have to juggle money, navigate life....?
All those things that stress you out and that become the excuses you are making to not follow your dreams. The things that distract you.

The classes run for an hour each week. The exercises are adapted for the needs of the class and often run on a theme, such as letting go, return to calm, return to joy.
For teachers they can be taught to the class and incorporated into the school day for ease. The techniques can be used during the day at different intervals.

When I began my journey of self discovery after a period of burn out, both mentally, physically and emotionally, I learnt mindfulness and realised how much it helped me to calm the mind and constant thoughts, destress. Although I loved it, I found it was not enough, I needed energy techniques and ways to hear and clear my emotions through the body. So I learnt different styles for the mind and body meditation with the buddhists, kundalini meditation for natural self healing and trained over 5 years as an Intuitive Lifecoach and with the method 3C for concentration, calm and control up to certified train the trainors . Both internationally professionally recognised methods, in schools with the national education curriculum in Martinique, also practiced in France, Brasil and Morrocco (www.methode3C.com). I have worked with both young adults, children and teachers/parents in schools and private groups to facilitate workshops.
