Set yourself up for success - Mindful movement, meditation and 3 min tools for calm, confidence & success. It is a mixture of mindfulness, breathing techniques, tension releasing exercises for the body and emotional awareness exercises. Along with different meditation techniques, mindfulness, guided relaxations, mantra meditations and “normal” meditation as they say (similar to that of the buddhists) The reason we do it this way is that when meditating to be able to get to a place to meditate “correctly” (which is relative and unique to each person, as it it can be through lots of means), is because it is about calming the mind, emotions and body (mental, emotional, physical to boost the spirit) to find that place and feel at peace first so that you really access the benefits of meditation. Mindfulness is also a great start as this helps to calm the thoughts because you pay attention on purpose to your senses. Thereby helping toward progressing to meditating with no thoughts. It teaches you various forms of meditation so that you can understand which you prefer best and fit you. Offering at the same time exercises that you can learn to set up your own “morning/evening routine” or incorporate the 3 min tools into your daily life without taking a long pause. The benefits include being more focused, connecting to your inner inspiration, feeling better emotionally therefore creating easier relationships and more peace with boosted energy.
